Giovanni Cantoni

Giovanni Cantoni leads the employment law practice at the firm that bears his name. He has been a practising lawyer for more than twenty years and developed his career at leading national and international law firms before founding Cantoni Abogados.

He began his career at Baker & McKenzie and continued at Garrigues, specialising in employment advice and litigation. He later joined Agulló & Millanes Abogados, combining the perspective of a large firm that advises businesses with the direct involvement of the professional responsible for each matter.

In 2020 he founded Cantoni Abogados with a clear purpose: to provide rigorous, strategic and discreet employment advice, combining technical depth with personal service. He now advises companies, executives and self-employed professionals throughout Spain and represents clients before courts and tribunals.

He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a master degree in employment law advice from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF). He works fluently in Spanish, Catalan and English.
